To rasteroid and succat: If you haven't started your game yet, don't start now. There's simply not enough time, and I'd rather hand out a draw than try to judge a game that isn't even half-finished.
Other than that, it looks like all games will be completed on time or at least very close. Good job!

Ok, since the final game seems not to have moved in 48 hours and the decision favors the more active player (no stalling), I have decided to end the round. Rasper is the winner in Rasper v Rasteroid. I can't be sure what his final mystery gesture is, but it's clear that he has a tiny bit of initiative plus a 6 to 4 health advantage which is pretty significant. So, a fairly easy decision. Rasteroid should have maintained activity to give himself a chance of coming back. Of course, he is still encouraged to play on and win the game itself, but for purposes of the tournament it will still be considered a loss.
This leaves the standings like so (the numbers are just for reference, not an indication of tiebreakers):
