To keep this board easy to use, let's use the following format for topics. The title examples here are for 2v2 melee.
1. A standing list topic titled as follows: "Standing List: 2v2 Melee" In a standing list topic, anyone who wants to make it known that they always enjoy a certain type of game can put their name on the standing list, so other interested players can invite them to battles or propose them via Warlocks message.
2. A specific game topic titled as follows: "Game 12345: 2v2 Melee" In this case, the topic creator first creates the battle on Warlocks, then posts here with the variant he wants to use. Other players can post in the topic if they'd like to join, and they can work out teams or other details before the topic creator invites them to the battle.
A specific game topic can also involve unique rules or a new variant that isn't already established.
3. A discussion topic titled as follows: "Discussion: 2v2 Melee" Most discussion should probably go on a different board, but some are relevant here, for example, discussing rules used in a 2v2 melee battle. However, if it's going to happen here, let's give it a separate topic. The Standing List topics lose their purpose (ease of use) if they get cluttered with discussion.
