I was about to die next turn. When Poison counter would have reached zero. But it looks like because of Haste everybody miscalculated turns =) Actually, I think the poison still should have been lethal in that time, counting haste - the last turn was the 6th full turn to pass after poison was cast (not counting the hasted turn - the hasted turn made a 7th turn to pass), and I was under the impression that the phrase "[Warlock] starts coughing up blood" comes on the turn the warlock dies. Is it possible that the poison timer itself got thrown off by the haste, or that it just didn't check for a poison fatality when I surrendered? Don't get me wrong, it was a great end to the match, but I'm not sure we actually miscounted and am honestly a little confused by it (all of us seemed to expect that the game was going to count me as winning that turn).

Ellipsis heh. I double-checked my previous games with Poison and it appears that you are totally right. Victim should die on the "coughing up blood" turn.
Well, then nobody miscounted any turns and by rules announced Ellipsis should have won. Most likely this is yet another bug in Ravenblack's implementation. Oh well.

So I'm not crazy? That's good, I suppose. I wonder if it was the haste, the surrender, or both that confused the game...
*edit*
Actually, if you look, the poison timer doesn't progress between turn 49 and 50 - 50 being the turn on which I cast Haste (but not a hasted turn itself). Then it progressed to a count of 1 on the hasted turn, and stayed at a count of 1 on the final turn. Strange.

yep, that looks like the bug! Casting haste adds an extra turn to Poison when it's cast.

so it thinks you lost half a turn, which is the half in which you surrendered?
