Suppose you've hit someone with permanent amnesia, and he decided to "fight till the end". How do you kill you?
If he does not have P on his hand, you can kill him in 15 turns via PPPPP/>>>>>. If he does not have F on his hand, you can kill him in 8 turn via PWPFSSSD.
But what to do if he has FFF/PPP?
As a ctarting position of any solution, I suggest a W/W-position, since it can be obtained easily by self-DSF/SWD.
The quickest solution I can find (http://pastebin.com/sqPma26p) takes 20 turns. Can you do it quicker? Also I am interested in other solutions, which does not involve this technique.
Currently I found three solutions. Quickest takes 20 turns to kill, the slowest (loop with WFP) takes ~100 turns

Haven't read your spoiler but does the player with permanent amnesia known your orders (moves and targets)? Or do you just want the smallest number of turns on average?

I wanted a full-proof method (no 50/50s involved), so essentially you have to assume that permanent amnesia player will know your orders.

WDSFF WWSPF
If he paralyzes LH, resolve anti-spell and kill with summons around turn 12. If he paralyzes RH, resolve disease and kill around turn 12.
EDIT: This assumes the opponent doesn't get a head start on para.

First iteration: WDDCxxx WPPCWPP
Second iteration, opponent chooses: WPPWPP WFSSDD (if para'd on turn 1)
WSDFFDD WSDFFDD (if not para'd on turn 1; opponent does not choose this because he dies)
Third iteration, opponent chooses: WPPWPP WFSSDD (if para'd on turn 1)
WSDWFP WSWPFD
(if not para'd on turn 1)
19 turns.

Wow, it's awesome. Didn't think of fireball.

Here's a much slower but very different solution:
WPPDSF WWWSPP
(RH must be paralyzed to avoid anti-spell) (DSF)C>>> (SPP)CWPP
For when you're determined to kill your opponent using stabs. Kills in 151 turns.

Well, if you are going to count time-stopped turns then you should probably summon a goblin or something...
But that stabby solution made me think of
WPPCWPPWPPCWPPWPPC WSSCCxxWSSCCxxWDDC You might have to start with
WWSSC WWPPC if not paralysed on turn 0.
Edit: Removed some edits that made no sense. Shows you how much I really know about paralysis...

Doesn't work, as the opponent can just shield those stabs. One of them is timestopped, so it does work.

Opponent: Perm Amnesia P/F -- stabs (nor monsters) are not going to kill opponent unless opponent will cast the shield at someone other than self.
