September and October '2008 - no League

Just wanted to make sure that everyone understands that we're skipping 2 months of league due to annual tournament everyone participates in. So people could concentrate on tourney \ unregistered players will be able to participate in it \ and so on.

League will restart\continue in November'08 in normal mode. I.e. August winner will pick the November rule and so on.

upd: in November we'll probably introduce some long-awaited changes to the pairing system (random pairings again instead ELO-based pairings) and to the scoring system (no scoring +1 for the kills; +1 for meeting special conditions specified by monthly rule).

Bah, we the prolific players say you should *all* register so we can play the League as well as the Tourney. Seriously, do you have trouble playing goofy rules in some games while being deadly serious in others? This worries me, I'm old and slow brained -- does this mean you kids are slower than me?! If so, I ph34r teh future...
