Hi everyone, many years ago when I used to play more, RavenBlack would apparently delete accounts which pointed to the same IP in order to prevent cheating and such.
This was very inconvenient for people sharing a computer or people who knew each other at school/at work who shared a public IP address. As long as you didn't obviously cheat, RB ignored his policy in order to allow more people to play.
Is this still the case? I.e. can my girlfriend also register an account, and can we play matches against each other? Or will we both be deleted? We don't plan to have staged matches just to increase my ELO/Ladder score or anything, although there's nothing preventing it other than our honesty.
So, are we safe playing Warlocks together?

I have three accounts, a lot of players have two, and Tchichi has...five? I honestly can't recall anyone ever getting punished for having multiples, but if that ever was the case, it's definitely not anymore.

Having multiples isn't a problem, but them playing for ELO is. So I guess as long as you keep it to very friendly, it will be fine.

I think what Bio means is that you probably shouldn't play them against each other. If Sasuke started challenging ExDeath for elo or ladder points, there might be a problem.

And the only conditions under which I would accept a challenge from you is if the loser would delete himself and never be heard from again, a condition which I doubt you would honor.

You speak to me of honor? Where is your honor in refusing my challenge to Sasuke, and then having the nerve to ask me why I wouldn't just challenge ExDeath?? And then when I challenge ExDeath, I'm still refused because my Elo isn't "respectable" enough for you. I may be a bit kocky sometimes and that annoys you, but please don't speak to me of honor since you have none.

There's nothing dishonorable about refusing a challenge where I have nothing to gain and a lot to lose.

I can play for Elo by challenging any number of other players who will not obnoxiously taunt me and hold their victory over my head for all of eternity. Even if I would win 90% of the time, it's not worth it. I don't like you, and so I won't play you, ever, unless you surpass my Elo. It's not because I think you're better than me. It's because I don't want to see insolent brags on the forums after what would be an already humiliating loss. Get over it.

It's true that I think you are a jerk, but I wouldn't brag about beating you. I don't know why you'd assume that anyway...
