Hi. I started playing Warlocks about a month ago. I think I'm getting the hang of it, but I still make a lot of stupid mistakes. I keep finding myself wanting to talk about my decisions with a more experienced player to see whether I made the right choice or not, but the messaging function at RBW doesn't exactly lend itself to insightful strategic discussions. Most of the players on these boards seem to be pretty good, so I'd enjoy being able to post here, but they don't seem that active. Have people given up and left, or is the inactivity just due to a lack of topics? If people are still around, I'd love to have a chance to learn from better players.

The board isn't active anymore, though if you're motivated to talk, it could become active again; Taliesin and I are both around, at the very least. I'll point him here.
Presumably you've found the Refuge, since you found this place. The articles in the strategy section there are worth multiple reads. I'll send you a game as well.

Yep, I stumbled upon the refuge shortly after I started (somebody linked to it in their profile). I'd attribute most of my wins to what I learned there, and I still go back and reference it all the time.
I'll go ahead and try to revive a bit of discussion and see what happens. There's a question I've been dying to ask for a while now - I'll make a fresh topic for it.
