So as I understand it this month, you get +1 point for hitting with PSDF, and +1 point for winning the game. It seems a little bit like winning is undervalued. Consider:
DFFD xxPS
xx-P xxWW
Ordinarily, I would much rather counter the lightning bolt and accept a charm from my opponent. However, if getting charmed is as bad as losing the game (worse, even, because I am liable to get charmed AND lose the game, or even get charmed twice!) then I may as well let my opponent zap my health away. I'm not porticularly fond of situations where you're given an incentive to do something that directly interferes with your trying to win the game.
I can think of two decent solutions to this: 1) Make winning more valuable. Say +3 for a win, +1 for each charm. 2) Alternatively, make it where you only get points for successful charms in games that you win. Charming your opponent 20 times does nothing for you if you lose the game for it. This is a bit more elegant, but there's still the problem where, if I deem myself likely to lose, I'm liable to surrender right away rather than risk getting hit with PSDF.
Does anybody feel that it's okay leaving scoring the way it is?

awall we kinda forgot to announce that, but yes, starting this round wins will give +3 points (and losses will give -3).

Yeah. Once the clans and clan points begin, wins and losses will be at least +3/-3 and possibly more. We haven't picked a standard yet. Even +3/-3 would be too low if you wanted a rule like my poorly chosen example of -1 per stab damage taken. I'm leaning towards +5 or +10 per win.

Maybe this can be adjusted on monthly basis, dependin on the monthly rule? For December and for this rule I think 3 point for win is a fine score... and after we shall see how it goes.

I'd like to have a standard value starting in January. Because the Versus Scores will not be reset each month, I think it's important that the range of possible scores for a single battle remains relatively similar from month to month. 3 is certainly fine for December.

Could be that there is a cap on the amount of "bonus" points, perhaps 1 pt less than the max value for a win? That way, a loss is still a loss in points no matter what.
