Poison'd Dagger can't be banked, but it can be made permanent?

To pick up my question from the bottom of the Standings - April 2009 thread: What are we using the Versus scores for? Is it just tiebreakers? Are they cumulative over time? I thought these were explained somewhere, but I don't find the explanation...

Poison'd Dagger can't be banked, but it can be made permanent? Stabs cannot be made permanent, or do you mean make the poison on the dagger permanent? That would be elegant, though you would still only get the one +1 for casting the DWW"Poison'd"?

Oy. If it's permanent I feel PDWP and cDPW should make it go away, or at least the permanency part of it. Seems fiddly. Let's say no permanency for DWW, I guess, to keep it clear. Unless someone has a compelling reason to do otherwise:
Permanency cannot be used to make permanent DWW.

Essentially, what you have is a "banked effect" on your dagger.
Banking a spell cannot be countered, nor it's effects dispelled.
The only way to stop it is to counter it on the turn of it' arrival.

To clarify - stabbing a shield gives no bonus points.

@Dubber: Yes, the DWW on T3 counts. You get a point for each poison and for each poison'd stab.

I'd like to ask all Elders to encourage their members to put little more attention to league games. I see that many participants (at very least Igrek, nawglan, Rasper, Emrys) haven't even started all League games, and 1 week has already passed. Only 3 finished games during this week is not much as well.

Nawglan & Emrys ?! Sloppy, sloppy, kids... let's get going, eh? Luckily, Black Rose doesn't feel any need for shame...
