You guys probably don't know me, as I'm a fair weather player at best. Here's my first game after being away for about a year and a half. What did I do right? What did I do wrong? What could my opponent have done to stop me? These things aren't plainly obvious to me because I haven't played this game in such a long time. games.ravenblack.net/warlocks?num=72249&full=1Thanks to anyone who helps me out! I'm looking forward to learning this game again. Also, here's a game I'm in right now. I felt like trying something different and risky: games.ravenblack.net/warlocks?num=72255&full=1EDIT: Wasn't good enough, I guess! I should have just gone for the FoD instead of trying to play defensively. It eventually turned into a Best of 3, here's the last game: games.ravenblack.net/warlocks?num=72256&full=1

Hey Morzas. I do remember you, we'had a bunch of games played a while back.
As for the first game: Not casting DSF (switching to SP) on turn 3 was non-canon, yet interesting. Casting PSDD in T4 is bad - without monsters, PSDF is better 9.9 times of 10. With SPFP/SDFF you could have either go for DFFDD and bolt for 5 (opponent could have gone mirror, but that would end up with him eating double charm), or you'd have your nasty SPFP + FFF way faster. The way you've done it, opponent could have completely defended by going DSFFF/PSDFx. But since opponent didn't knew proper defence, he went for ogre and got para'd into P, which is a dead sentence vs opponent at 12hp.
In your second game you decided to start by gifting a goblin to your opponent. Dunno why you did =) You spent your invis going for SPFP/PSDD in spite of opponent going for poison, then made no attempt of curing it and thus died. All in all, it looks like you've payd little attention to opponent's spellflow, which is always a wrong thing to do.
Don't have time to go through 3rd one right now, sorry )

Did Heraclius really open the 3rd game by gesturing W four times on his right hand? This is why I usually don't open with a W...playing defensive from the get-go risks making you lose a lot of initiative.

In the second game, my original plan was going to go straight for FoD out of invisibility, so my HP didn't matter. For some reason I decided to back off on that, I probably shouldn't have. Giving him the goblin meant that he would charm it instead of me, which allowed me to go invisible. I'm still not sure if it was the right thing to do.

opp: PSDDWS WWPPWS
Opponent is up a goblin, follows you into invis AND has option of going for delay. A bad plan.
