Apparently, for whatever reasons xade and Toyo play some kind of "I'm away" relay race: Toyo was away for like 96 hours straight, and right just as he came back, xade went missing for 79 hours and counting. Due to this, they've made only 36 turns in their game one, and this game still could go in both ways. Not that judging tournament semi-finals based on 1 incomplete game is something I'm looking towards. Also it worth mentioning that we are not likely to finish our third game with Justix on time either - we are still on T17, and both have high HP. I know that I'm supposed to be biased here, but all you kinda accepted me as a judge by playing in the tourney, and the fact is that Justix is definitely contributing more to the delay. But even if there would be a need to judge our game, I can't quite ask xade (who kindly agreed to give us his judgement on games I'll be involved with) to do justice, since xade is away. Honestly, based on how we played in previous tourneys (2008-2009-2010), I though that delayed games are part of Swiss rounds, and that top-4 players are motivated enough to play at reasonable pace. Apparently, I was wrong, times have changed. Oh well. Given all this, I decide to prolong semi-final for whoopin two weeks, till the end of May 4th. Finals will start on May 5th. On that date I'll judge all unfinished semi-finals games, so help me god, etc. But hopefully there wouldn't be any unfinished games by that time.

That is what I would have recommended.

Cheers mate.
As it transpires, Toyo popped a kidney during a footy match and spent some time recovering in the hospital (All good now and on the mend I believe)
While xade went away camping for the Easter break.
*then* We finished the first game in a draw.
We suck.

For the sake of expedition, I've just sent 2 new games to Toyo. Hope that's ok to play them simultaneously.

Well, that figures. Also, 'popping a kidney' sounds horrible, and I'm not sure how a person can be fine a few days after that =( Rest assured, I sincerely hope that Toyo is well and healed now. I feel bad for my previous post now, but... oh well. Please take care, that's what matters. And yeah, playing two games simultaneously sounds reasonable, considering. There goes mighty undefeated xade, who couldn't even get win in semis having a significant HP advantage BOTH in match and in the real life

As a public notice - I'll be away on a business trip starting tomorrow and till Sunday, May 4th, with a limited access to internet. I expected this trip to be shorter and I expected it to impact first game of finals instead of decisive game of semi-finals, but neither was fully in my control, so meh. I still will do my best to log in often.
On a brighter note, I'll be at UTC 0, so this might improve our sync with Justix a little bit =)

Still undefeated though But I did manage to mess that game up massively!

Grats, xade! ) Meanwhile, myself and Justix are still locked in the 3rd game (71 turns and counting). With ~4 hours till the end of round, we are trying to finish it up: games.ravenblack.net/warlocks?num=81819

Aaaaaaand on T82 Justix prevailed over BioLogIn (with some help from his hairy friends =).
Tournament finals are Justix - xade.
Good luck to both of you, you may begin.

Oh my, Bio, you leave me facing Xade the undefeated... he is dreadful, I even lost sense of right and left against him last time we played :-( My my my... such a responsibility, and such a bad outcome for me who wanted to play more Diablo now... I'll do what I can to not let him win too easily, but no promise that I can break his incredible streak... Oh well... let's see

Well, having caught some sleep after yesterday, I still feel kinda bitter about the ending of game 3 =\ But well, that was my choice to play in the condition I was in, so that is it. Justix played very tight and neat game, and I made some wrong guesses, so his victory is well deserved. However, dear finalists, I decided to take slightly different approach to time management for finals, so wrote a simple script that fetches RB pages and checks your tourney games, who has already submitted orders and who is waiting. So I will know exactly how much time each of you will spend on your moves. So yeah, play in a reasonable pace, please =) A link to the first game: games.ravenblack.net/warlocks?num=81838
