GalbaradAll in all the current situation is this: 1. We have about 150 store listing visitors per month, and about 5-6 new installs. So this is a pretty low starting point. 2. We have 2.6* rating 3. As far as SEO - seems we rank well for 'Warlock' related words, but all changes I made can't put us on other more competitive words. 4. We've put in a lot of work optimizing the Store presence (screenshots, texts, video), and we need to wait and see if that helps 5. Good news: Seems that the few installing users are: 1) successfully signing up 2) starting a game 3) playing to its end 4) also cases of starting more than 1 game 6. not clear if people are understanding the spells, as their flows don't seem to make spells. So I think that our short term strategy should be:
1. Keep improving the game, with focus on first time experience, and focus on Single Player games (vs. bot) - --- Spell, spell book and tutorial clarity. (in progress) --- Good bot experience. --- Fix places with old UI (in progress) --- Showing what happened turn to turn 2. Collecting feedback from users, early on 3. Pushing up rating above 3.0 --- We could do the first part one by one, we just need 12 people to give 5 stars, and these can be friends and family --- Start asking users for rating, but only in a limited way as long as the game is not stable After that I think that our following focus should be:1. Focusing on PvP games, with emphasis on playing with your friends --- Adding private game mode --- Suggesting users to send an invite to new friends 2. Making player vs. player games possible --- Adding notifications

GalbaradI changed the scope of the next milestones removed items from this milestone, in coordination with the above. So: 1.9.0 - focused on making the tutorial clear + fixing all the Modals. 1.9.1 - Animations and Review screen (to make game play clear) 1.9.2 - Feedback & Rating
