heh when I saw my pairings, I thought to myself... man, tough luck xadie...
But looking at everyone else, there's not really any easy run here.
Which will make the results interesting...

Agreed. There are lots of good players in the league. Should be fun!

Oh my, Maven.
I think Spacca got off lightly.
Great to see Slarty and ExDeath at it again too...
What does everyone think the best and worst pairings are, then?

I think the Loyus guy got the most tough pairings -- ExDeath, Awall, Vermont, Reds, Toyotami means at least 3 top players and no beginners at all.
As for the easiest one... Spacca's pairings are obviously one of "the best" - no ExDeath, Slartucker, Awall, xade, Rycchus or Toyo (and no Spacca too =)).
I must say that IMHO pairings are very balanced overall. So good luck to all of you guys =)

um slarty under xade, laxen is one of his pairings, but he does not feature in my pairings list at all... therefore i'm not quite sure which matches to start and which not to!!! laxen

After checking all pairings:
Xade has Laxen as an opponent, but Laxen doesn't has xade listed. Awall has Toyotami as an opponent, but Toyo doesn't has Awall listed.
Toyotami and Laxen are listed as opponents for 6 people. Awall and xade are listed as opponents for 4 people.
My suggestion is that xade and awall must play each other (instead of their matches VS laxen and toyo respectively). So the pairings IMO should be like that: Xade -- Rycchus, Freesoul, Dni, Awall, Citanest Awall -- Freesoul, Xade, McLizard, Sojobo, Loyus
(This duel would add more flavor to this league round as well )))

i agree with you there- after checking all of my own pairings, i realised that i was down for 5 and a half so kinda assumed that the xade one wasn't actually a pairing- i didnt check which one was the one xade was missing tho, good detective work Bio HOWEVER, i think we should wait for slarty to get back to us before we do anything. just to be on the safe side. .

Of course, everything I wrote is not official at all, it is just my personal opinion on the situation.
Slartucker will fix the situation as he will see fit.

GAH. And it was so easy. Guess I won't be using this tournament scheduler to do pairings anymore.
Fixed, just as BioLogIn suggested -- it was the simplest fix.

An unofficial tiebreaker, eh? Bring it on.
I wonder, with D/P outlawed, are we both going to open F/P this time?

Is it only one battle per pairing?
Double deaths needing to be redone, Yes?
If one player goofs and breaks monthly league rule can a do over be offered?
I didn't see these addressed in the Rules, so I'm asking.

One battle per pairing -- period. Ties are not redone. (Frankly, a tie is a legitimate result, and it's one of the problems of an elimination tournament that it can't accept a tie.)
Do-overs are, I suppose, at the discretion of the players involved. This is casual, remember.
