Thank you for pointing this out Mike -- the rules were written before the bonus point rules appeared, as until recently only wins (and kills) earned points. We should probably add a rule giving a player in your position an additional option. Currently, your options are
1) Let the game be ignored, or 2) Complain about slow play to the Unraveller (obviously, if both players are fast and the game just isn't ending, this doesn't apply)
We can add an option
3) Report the game as unfinished in the last 2 days of the league, points will be awarded for the bonus rule but not for win/loss.
This isn't 100% fair but I think it's more fair than just the first 2 options. What do you guys think?
Edit: Also, other than complaining about slow play, I don't want to build in other options to deal with stalling. The league is supposed to fun, and dishonorable play shouldn't be an issue. If someone is seriously stalling, the league is not the right place for them.

Saypin has not exactly been stalling - he's been playing at a rate of exactly 2 moves per day for most of the month. The reason it has lasted this long is that he has successfully called all four game-winning 50-50s so far.

Wilder-succat is the only remaining game, and Wilder cannot survive the next two turns. Even without the monster, Wilder would not be allowed to charm himself into a clap to avoid death by bolt.

Sorry. Too many RL commitments means I have to sit out of Warlocks games for now. Sorry I could not notify sooner.

Saypin, in that situation I usually try for one move-pair every 12 hours. Once at 8-10 AM, once at 8-10 PM.

Regardless, 2 moves per day is plenty for league. More is great, but should not be demanded.
